Board Appointment

Metrodome, (AIM: MRM), the independent all-rights distributor, announces that Deborah Brown has today started in her new role as Finance Director for the Company, making the step up from Financial Controller. She replaces Steve Winetroube who will remain with the Company, on the Board, as a Non Executive Director.  

Deborah (44) is an ACA chartered accountant who started working for Metrodome in 2005 and has been an integral part of the management team and successfully managed the Company's financial position during its period of refinancing. She has significant experience in a range of financial roles for both large and medium-sized public companies, including FremantleMedia, one of the largest international creators and producers of entertainment brands. Deborah graduated with an MBA from The Open University.

Deborah owns 400,000 1 pence Ordinary Shares in the Company and currently holds 125,000 share options exercisable at 4.38 pence per share over an exercise period between 2nd March 2010 and 1st March 2014, and 200,000 share options exercisable at 2.62 pence per share over an exercise period between 28th October 2011 and 27th October 2015.

There are no other matters relating to this appointment which require disclosure under Rule 17 pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 in the AIM Rules.
