("Radicle Projects" or the "Company")

 

Suspension of Ordinary Shares from trading on AIM

 

Further to the announcement made on 27 August 2010, the Board of Radicle Projects announces that Radicle Projects PTY Ltd, the Company's principal trading subsidiary, has been placed into Voluntary Administration.  Stephen J Parbery, Brett S Lord and Craig D Crosbie of PPB have been appointed as Joint & Several Administrator of Radicle Projects PTY Ltd.

 

The Board is continuing to consider the options now available to it, including the possibility that the Company be placed into administration. As a result, and in accordance with the AIM Rules, trading in the Company's ordinary shares has been suspended pending clarification of its financial position.

 

The Board intends to make a further announcement will be made shortly.
