New active features have been added to Esmerk Finland's Blog&Forum Watch that
monitors the social media. The new tool, the Buzz Report, picks out the most
important discussions on the internet and the essential content of the
discussions. In addition to diagrams, discussions in the social media are
illustrated also by a weekly verbal summary, and email alerts pick out unusually
intense discussions early on.

Esmerk Finland's social media service entity responds to its customers' need to
achieve a comprehensive real time picture of discussions in blogs and on chat
sites. The service combines sophisticated search engine technology and the work
of experts.
