Resignation of Non Executive Director

Radicle Projects, the AIM quoted UK company which owns and operates Australian agribusiness assets, announces that Mr Andrew Monk has resigned from the Board of Radicle as Non Executive Director with immediate effect.

The Company announced on 28 June 2010 that the holders of the GBP15.1 million Series A Convertible Loan Note ("Loan Note") has been approached with proposals to convert their Loan Notes into ordinary shares in the Company, and that the Company is considering the purchase of certain other Australian operating agricultural businesses.  These discussions are continuing, but there can be no certainty as to the outcome of these discussions.  A further announcement is expected shortly.

John McLennan remains the Executive Director of the Company and continues to have responsibility for the day to day management of Radicle's business and its operations.
