Metrodome Group plc ("Metrodome") announces that Steve Winetroube, Finance Director, will step down on 31 August 2010, and Deborah Brown, currently Financial Controller, will take his place on 1 September 2010. Steve will remain with the Company, on the Board, as a Non Executive Director ("NED").
Steve Winetroube said "I have thoroughly enjoyed working at Metrodome and playing my part in getting the company to a position where it is ready for its 'next growth phase'. I am very excited to be staying with the business in my new role as NED and also pleased that Deborah Brown is to be my successor."
Mark Webster, Chief Executive of Metrodome, said "Steve's wealth of experience in both Distribution and Retail will be invaluable as we continue to find new ways to grow the business and I am looking forward to working with Steve in his new NED role. I also am delighted to welcome Deborah to the board. Deborah has been with Metrodome nearly five years and is a worthy successor".
