Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday, that on 4 August 2010 Alan McClue, a Non-executive director of the Company, transferred 290,000 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife, Sheila McClue. There is no change in the beneficial holding of Alan McClue as a result of this transfer.

Following this transaction, Alan McClue remains interested in 1,070,063 Ordinary Shares representing 3.06 per cent of the total voting rights of the company.
