Result of EGM


IncaGold plc - Result of General Meeting

At the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today the resolutions to
cancel the Company's admission to trading on AIM and to re-register as a
private limited company were duly passed. The cancellation of trading of the
Company's shares on AIM will therefore take effect from 7.00 am on 6 August
2010.
