Result of AGM held on 29 July 2010

At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today each of the twelve resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 29 June 2010, were passed on a show of hands.

A copy of the resolutions concerning the items of special business passed at the meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
