Result of Annual General Meeting

Gable Holdings Inc (AIM: GAH), the provider of insurance products to commercial businesses across Europe which held its Annual General Meeting earlier today, announces that all resolutions proposed were duly passed, except for resolution 5a which was not proposed at the meeting as a result of the recent share options issue announced on 9 July 2010.
