Block Listing of Shares

A block listing application has been made for 425,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The shares to be issued will result from the exercise of options under the Hyder Consulting PLC Executive Share Option Scheme (2002) and shall rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
