IndigoVision Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 27 July 2010, the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") purchased 20,000 shares in the Company at a price of 368p per share.

Following the purchase the EBT holds 20,000 shares representing 0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.
