Sagicor Financial Corporation to List 438,183 New LTI Shares on London Stock Exchange

Sagicor has applied to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange respectively for 438,183 common shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

The 438,183 common shares were issued in 2010 under the Sagicor Long-Term Incentive Plan for Executives ("Sagicor LTI"). To date, 4,458,446 shares have been issued under the Sagicor LTI. Admission in respect of the 438,183 shares is expected to occur on August 2, 2010.
