The Company has been notified that Bob Lambourne, Non-Executive Director, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of £.0189 pence each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £3.474 per share on 27 July 2010. Following this transaction Bob Lambourne now holds a total of 1,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each, representing 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been notified that Richard Stuckes, Non-Executive Director purchased 10,238 shares of £0.0189 each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £3.40 per share on 27 July 2010. Following this transaction Richard Stuckes now holds a total of 20,678 ordinary shares, representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.

These notifications were received by the Company on 27 July 2010 and were made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
