Result of AGM

Media Square plc (AIM: MSQ), the international marketing communications group, today announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held at 12 noon today, Resolutions 1 to 8 were duly passed. As a result, as set out in the Company's AGM Notice, the resolutions which were required for the Company to secure its new banking facilities have been passed. The Company will make a further announcement once the conditions of its renewed banking agreement have all been satisfied, which it expects to be in a position to do shortly.

Special Resolution 9, relating to the amendment of the Company's articles of association, was not passed.
