Norman Hay plc appoints Nick Ogden as Group Financial Director

Norman Hay plc ("Norman Hay" or "The Group"), the specialist chemicals and systems group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Ogden as Group Financial Director.

Nick joined Norman Hay in June 2008 as Group Financial Controller and Financial Director of Surface Technology plc, one of the Group's main operating subsidiaries. Prior to joining the Group, he spent four years working with Norman Hay as an external auditor. He has over 15 years of finance experience, starting his career in 1995 at BDO LLP.

Peter Hay, Chairman of Norman Hay plc, commented:
