Transfer of Shares

Maxima Holdings plc ("Maxima" or "the Company") announces that it was informed on 13 July 2010 that on the same date Kelvin Harrison, Chairman, transferred 950,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each from his wife to himself, for tax planning purposes.  The transfer was done for no consideration. 

Following this transaction, Kelvin Harrison's voting interest in the Company is unchanged and he retains voting interest in 3,690,029 ordinary share representing 14.6 per cent. of the total share capital with voting rights.
