XCHANGING SECURES SIGNIFICANT CONTRACT RENEWALS IN THE AMERICAS REGION
To provide workers' compensation claims processing and managed care services,
delivering increased efficiency and productivity to a number of customers

CHICAGO, 08 July, 2010 - Xchanging plc (LSE:XCH), one of the largest and fastest
growing  business processors, has successfully  secured contract renewals from a
number  of its existing customers in the Americas region. These renewals include
the extension of a contract with an Illinois-based purchasing group of over 120
public  schools for workers' compensation  services; extension of medical claims
processing  services  contract  with  a  generic  drug manufacturer as well as a
contract  renewal  with  one  of  the  largest  retailers of consumer computers,
electronics and appliances for claims processing services.

Xchanging  provides  workers'  compensation  claims  processing and managed care
services  to customers across  the USA, UK  and Australia. Its claims processing
services in the US also include other areas such as professional, auto, product,
general  and  consumer  warranty  liability  claims.   Xchanging's  services are
focused  on reducing costs  of total loss,  through an outcome-based outsourcing
approach.

Commenting   on   the  renewals,  David  Andrews,  CEO  Xchanging  said,  "Since
