-        Addendum to the Notice of Eighty-Third Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Company wishes to announce that pursuant to the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority, two copies of the Addendum to the Notice of AGM ("Addendum") have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at the UK Listing Authority, Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.

The Addendum is also available at the Company's website at www.tanjongplc.com.
