Director Shareholding

The Company announces that following his exercise of options on 21 June 2010, as announced on 22 June 2010, Vic Bellanti, Chief Executive of the Company, has sold 13,568 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust at a price of 94.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr Bellanti's beneficial interest in the Company is 125,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.8% of the issued share capital.
