Director Share Transfer

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin and Zoffany, was notified today that on 30 June 2010 Alan Dix, the Company's Finance Director, transferred for nil consideration 407,345 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to his wife, Fiona Dix.

Following this transfer, the beneficial interest of Mr Dix and his family remains unchanged at 429,535 ordinary shares, representing 0.73% of the Company's issued share capital.
