Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company is required to notify the market of the following:

The Company's total issued share capital now stands at 18,612,920 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 18,612,920.

The above figure of 18,612,920 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
