TanzaniteOne Limited ("TanzaniteOne" or "the Company") (AIM: TNZ), the gemstones producer and developer, is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009, together with the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") has today been posted to shareholders.

The AGM is to be held at 10.00 a.m. on Friday 6 August 2010 at the Company's registered office, Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, Bermuda.
