Annual Report and Accounts and Associated Documents

Further to the Final Results announcement made on 8 June 2010, copies of the following documents have today been submitted to the UK Listing Authority:

Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ending 31 March 2010;

AGM circular to shareholders containing Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 July 2010 ("AGM Notice");

Form of Proxy.

These documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's document viewing facility situated at:

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and AGM Notice can also be found on the Company's website at www.hyderconsulting.com.

The AGM Notice includes a resolution to adopt new articles of association.  The new articles along with a copy of the existing memorandum and articles of association marked to show the changes being proposed by the adoption of the new articles will also shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's document viewing facility as detailed above.
