Endace Limited has sent notice to its shareholders of the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held at the offices of Endace Europe Limited, Davidson House, Forbury Square, Reading, Berkshire RG1 3EU, United Kingdom on Wednesday 28 July 2010 at 9.30 am, together with accompanying forms and its 2010 Annual Report and Accounts.
Chairman, Ian Graham, and Chief Executive Officer, Mike Riley, will attend the meeting at Reading. New Zealand based members of the Board will be attending the meeting via video conference from New Zealand.
