Director's Dealing

The Company announces that, on 21 June 2010, there was a transfer of 2,017,000 of the Company's ordinary 5p shares ("Shares") from the ownership of a company wholly owned by Mr Tim Noble, the chairman of Palmaris, and his wife into their direct personal ownership.  As a result, Mr Noble now owns 1,613,600 Shares and his wife Elizabeth Noble owns 403,400 Shares.  This does not change Mr Noble's aggregate beneficial ownership in the Company of 2,017,000 Shares, representing 1.3% of the Company's current issued share capital.
