Death of Non-Executive Director

It is with deep regret that the Board of ITM Power plc reports the death of Lord Peter Walker, a non-executive director of the Company. The board has been most appreciative of Lord Walker's vast experience and wise counsel.

Roger Putnam, Chairman of ITM, said: "It has been an honour to have worked with Peter on the Board. He provided an exceptional dimension to our deliberations and we are most grateful for the enormous contribution he has made to the development of the company.
