-    Implementation of electronic dividend payment system (eDividend)

We refer to the directive by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") via their letter dated 19 February 2010 to all corporations listed on Bursa Securities on the implementation of eDividend.

The Company will be implementing eDividend in the third quarter of 2010. In this regard, the Company has today dispatched to all its shareholders a letter informing them on the eDividend and its implementation.

Pursuant to Paragraph 14.3.7 R (1) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority in the UK, two copies of the Letter on eDividend have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at the UK Listing Authority, Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
