Further to the Company's announcement on 22 June 2010 pertaining to the Notice of AGM, the Company wishes to announce that pursuant to the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom, two copies each of the Notice of AGM and the Circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at the UK Listing Authority, Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
