First Contract

in

South America

i-design, which has developed and supplies a market leading ATM advertising solution ("atmAd"), enabling ATM network owners to run both third party advertising and their own internal marketing campaigns, is pleased to announce its first contract in the South American marketplace.  The contract, secured via channel partner, Teller Service CIA. LTDA ("Teller"), has been signed with a major bank in Ecuador and is for the deployment of i-design's atmAd solution across the bank's network of approximately 500 ATMs in Ecuador. 

Under the terms of the agreement, following the implementation of atmAd, i-design will benefit from an ongoing revenue stream derived from fees relating to the use of its proprietary systems, which facilitate the management of ATM advertising campaigns.  Implementation of atmAd is expected to commence in the coming weeks, with sites expected to go live in the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2010.

The Company views this agreement as a significant strategic gain, establishing atmAd (and the concept of third party advertising on ATMs) in a new territory and helping to open up further opportunities in South America. Importantly, atmAd is a platform independent solution, capable of operating across multiple ATM networks.  Teller also represents the Group in a number of other South American countries. 

This new contract follows the announcement issued on 27 May 2010, which reported that the Group had secured its first agreement in the USA, with Cardtronics, Inc, the world's largest non-bank owner of ATMs.
