Appointment of Director
FBD Holdings plc ("FBD") is pleased to announce the appointment today of Mr. John Bryan as a non-executive Director of the Company.
John is the 13th President of the Irish Farmers' Association.
He is a director of Bord Bia, the Irish Food Board, an organisation which develops international markets for Irish food produce. He is also a director of the Agricultural Trust (publisher of the Irish Farmers Journal) and of Kilkenny Co-Operative Mart Limited.
There are no details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
