The Company was notified on 17 June 2010 that Colin Davies, a Non-executive director of the Company, sold, in aggregate, 300,000 ordinary shares at a price of 59.5 pence per share to his three children.

Following this transaction, Colin Davies is interested in 718,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.06 per cent of the total voting rights of the company.
