Re: Result of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report and Accounts

H C Slingsby plc announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all of the tabled resolutions put to shareholders by the board were duly passed on a show of hands.

Separately, the board announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 were sent to all shareholders on 24 May 2010 and are available to view on the Company's website at the following location:
