The Board of Parity Group plc has been informed that its previous subsidiary, Parity Training, has gone into administration. This business was sold to ECS Limited in February 2009. There is no trading relationship between the Group and Parity Training. The Board is investigating whether the Group has any exposure under the terms of the original disposal agreement and will, if necessary, provide an update to shareholders in due course.
