Annual Report and Accounts 2010, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Corporate Responsibility Report

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2010 and Notice of Annual General Meeting are now available on the Shanks Group plc website at www.shanksplc.co.uk

These documents will be available for inspection shortly at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility situated at the Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on Thursday 22 July 2010 at the offices of Royal Bank of Scotland, 250 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4AA.

At the AGM it is proposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association. A summary of the proposed changes is set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
