Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Senior plc has been notified that the following transactions took place today:

1. Rob Hancock, a PDMR, and his wife collectively sold 20,000 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 127.6p pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr and Mrs Hancock hold 20,772 shares in the Company.

2. Bindi Foyle, a PDMR, and her husband collectively sold 37,646 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 128p pence per share. Following this transaction, they no longer hold shares in the Company.
