HOLDINGS IN COMPANY

On 10 June 2010, the Company received notification that as at 9 June 2010 following the increase in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company to 149,215,956 ordinary shares ("Shares") announced on that date, SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. ("SMALLCAP") held a legal interest in 9,390,000 Shares, representing 6.29% of the then issued share capital of the Company. On 10 June 2010, the Company received notification that Capital Research and Management Company holds the voting rights attached to these 9,390,000 Shares on behalf of SMALLCAP.
