On 9 June 2010, the Company received notification that as at 4 June 2010 following the increase in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company to 149,215,956 ordinary shares ("Shares") announced on that date, Henderson Global Investors Limited ("Henderson") held a direct and indirect beneficial interest in 10,307,692 Shares, representing 6.91% of the then issued share capital of the Company.
