MITIE Group PLC ('MITIE/the Company') - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

MITIE announces that on 9 June 2010 Ruby McGregor-Smith, Chief Executive of MITIE, transferred 76,943 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company) to her husband, Graham McGregor-Smith, for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Ruby McGregor-Smith continues to hold 157,272 shares in the Company (representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company), with the combined holdings of Ruby McGregor-Smith and Graham McGregor-Smith amounting to 341,071 shares in the Company (representing 0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company).
