                          Extension of Loan Agreement
AIM quoted Milestone Group PLC (AIM:MSG), the digital solutions agency,
announces that it has amended the terms of the £160,000 loan previously
disclosed in its annual accounts for the year ended 30 September 2009 as a post
balance sheet event, with the loan now being repayable in full on 1 December
2010.  There are no charges or penalties in relation to the amendment and all
other terms of the loan remain the same.
