Exercise of Options
Advanced Power Components, the UK specialist distributor and manufacturers' representative of electronic components, announces the issue of 25,000 new ordinary shares of 2p each pursuant to the exercise of employee share options, at an exercise price of 9p per share.
The shares issued rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares in issue.
Application has been made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and this is expected to take place on 16 June 2010.
Immediately following the issue of these shares, the Company will have 24,463,508 ordinary shares in issue.
