Cattles plc announces that the 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 29 June 2010 at The Queens Hotel, City Square, Leeds, LS1 1PJ and will start at 11.00 am. The 2010 Annual General Meeting Circular and accompanying Form of Proxy and Letter regarding a possible offer for Cattles plc are today being sent to the shareholders and others entitled to receive them and copies of these documents are today being forwarded to the Financial Services Authority for publication through the Document Viewing Facility.
