               Notification of Final Results and Change of NOMAD               

Northern (AIM: NOP) will issue its final results for the year ended 31 December
2009 on Tuesday 8 June 2010.

Northern is also pleased to announce the appointment of Cenkos Securities plc
as its NOMAD and Joint Broker with immediate effect. Jefferies International
Limited will continue to act as Joint Broker to the Company.

The Board also thanks the staff of Astaire Securities for their services to the
Company over the recent past.
