ISSUED AND VOTING SHARE CAPITAL

In  conformity  with the Financial Services Authority's ("FSA")  Disclosure  and
Transparency Rules the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

Following   the  exercise  of 5,000 share options earlier  today  the  Company's
issued  share  capital  consists of 53,239,415 shares of 10p  each  with  voting
rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 53,239,415.

The  above  figure of 53,239,415 may be used by shareholders as the  denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.
