The Board of Palmaris, the investment company with interests in coal mining, has noted the recent increase in the Company's share price. The Company's sole remaining investment, SRG, continues to explore its strategic options, including a listing of its shares on the London Stock Exchange.

A listing could provide a liquidity event for the Company. However, there can be no certainty that this will occur, particularly in the current climate.
