                        Total Voting Rights and Capital                        

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the total number of voting rights and capital as

at the date of this announcement is 125,803,925 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence

each.

The above figure of 125,803,925 shares may be used by shareholders as the

denominator for notifications of voting control over the Company's shares.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in treasury and

has no other category of share in issue.
