Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Senior plc has been notified that on 27 May 2010, Andrew Bodenham, a PDMR, and his wife collectively sold 17,310 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 116.1p pence per share.  They immediately acquired 17,240 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 117.1 pence per share through Bed and ISA arrangements.  Following these transactions, Mr and Mrs Bodenham hold 170,205 shares in the Company.
