                  Regus Appoints Two Non-Executive Directors                   

Regus plc ("Regus" or "the Company"), the world's largest provider of
innovative workspace solutions, today announces that Alex Sulkowski and Elmar
Heggen will become non-executive directors of the Company with effect from 1st
June 2010.

Alex Sulkowski, a Luxembourgish citizen born in 1953, brings over 30 years of
experience in international finance structures, private equity, tax advice and
real estate. In 1987 he joined Arthur Andersen where he became a partner in
1991 and was responsible for the Luxembourg and Belgium tax practices before
joining Ernst & Young in 2002 as the partner responsible for the Luxembourg tax
practice. In 2004 he joined ATOZ Tax Advisers, serving as Managing Partner
until 2009. Alex is currently the managing director of Third Millennium
Investments SA and serves on the board of Taxand, the largest global network of
independent tax advisers. Alex will also serve as Chairman of the Audit
Committee.

Elmar Heggen, a German citizen born in 1968, joins with extensive management
experience. Elmar is currently Chief Financial Officer and Head of the
Corporate Centre at RTL Group, the leading European entertainment network,
where he has held various roles since 2000. Elmar is currently responsible for
Finance, Legal, Strategy and Business Development, as well as RTL Group's
operations in the Netherlands, France (radio), Luxembourg, Spain and UFA
Sports. Elmar began his career at the Felix Schoeller Group, becoming Vice
President & General Manager of Felix Schoeller Digital Imaging in the UK in
1999.

Alex Sulkowski was an executive director of the Luxembourg registered company,
Redeco S.A. (previously Arthur Andersen S.A.) at the time it was put into
liquidation under a company's voluntary arrangement in 2004.

Elmar Heggen holds or has held the following directorships of publicly quoted
companies within the past five years:

Elmar Heggen was an executive director of the Luxembourg registered company, S5
