Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 27 May 2010 that, on 26 May
2010, Baroness Ford of Cunninghame, Non-Executive Director, sold 5,075 of the
Company's ordinary shares in the London market at 596.11 pence per share.

This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R
