The company announces that its 3 non- executive directors, Mr Ivor Colin Shrago, Mr Dennis Ow, and Mr. Kevin Ka Keung Miu, have resigned from the board.

Trading in the Company's shares on AIM has been suspended whilst the Company considers its management structure.

The company is currently reviewing the situation with a view to restructuring the business around its core activities and finding replacements for the departing Non-Executive Directors.
