Mercury Recycling Group Plc ('the Company') was notified on 25 May 2010 that Westleigh Investments Holdings Ltd acquired 3,618,569 ordinary shares on 24 May 2010 at a price of 7.5 pence per ordinary share. Following this acquisition Westleigh Investments Holdings Ltd holds 3,618,569 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
